The second event is a random event in the bathrooms.

A walkthrough on the events to look out for would be great. I've always seen the first one with Yuri, but never the second. I don't need the DLC do I?

After 4 full playthroughs, I finally got my event to trigger. I hadn't gotten to test it up to that point. At least now I can confirm that it works.
