Description

This mod removes the thick yellow outline from the target Highlight and replaces it with a Green glow effect.

Often the yellow border around the selection highlight can look a bit jarring, so I've replaced it with a softer visual, this one coloured green.

This mod is based on work from Eikester's Disable Highlights mod, which removes the highlights completely.

Is it possible to get a cyan outline highlight that has no fill?
