This is one of the custom NPCs I used in my chunk packs, feel free to steal it for yours. Sometimes you just want to relax with a ridiculously overpowered character and this is my go-to for that, best if played with Full Health For All and No Guns to get into some cinematic martial arts brawls straight of Tarantino's dreams. Amusingly these guys are complete chumps when used as NPCs since most of their traits don't transfer over, so you mostly just see them running in terror away from random gang members.
