Lewey's Unlocked and Instant Reforms

Description
This mod allows you to instantly complete reforms. No cooldown and no Tech Tree requirements!

UPDATED - Includes new factions for Fates Divided

*****IMPORTANT NOTE FOR NANMAN******: Nanman reforms are partially instant. Initial reform is 1 turn, minor reforms are instant, and major reforms/quest unlock reforms are 1 turn. This is due to the quest locks that are in place. If the major reforms or the first reform are instant it prevents the quests from being triggered. (This is partially true for the 200 start date - the major reforms are still 1 turn for compatibility with previous start dates)

****IMPORTANT NOTE FOR YELLOW TURBAN****: Instantly unlocking reforms will greatly increase your enlightenment which will trigger end game scenarios much sooner. Possibly much sooner than you would like.


NOTE: This has been tested with most factions. Most likely NOT compatible with other mods that modify technologies/reforms like RADIOUS and 2 turn reforms. Currently no plans to make this RADIOUS compatible. If you know how to make it RADIOUS compatible I'd be willing to chat and make a few quick changes when I'm able.

It is save game compatible.

This does appear to work for the AI so please only enable when you are able to do reforms, then quit the game, disable the mod, then start the game again!

I did some research and found the problem. Mac does not load mods correctly at all so I need to use a mod unpacker to get it to work.

Hmmm. I'm not too sure. I don't think being on a mac would affect it, but it works fine for me on Windows.

I just tried again, got to turn five, and the same thing. No unlocked reforms and not instantaneous. I wonder if I am doing something wrong?

Thanks for doing that! I will remove the mod, uninstall the campaign, and then try again from scratch. I am playing on year 190.

Sorry for the delay. I tested it with all the different starting periods. Each campaign takes until turn 5 when the skill tree unlocks. It worked for me in all of them. I'm not sure if playing on a Mac would make a difference since the tables should all be the same on the back end.

Which year are you starting in?

That is quite odd. I will re-install and test it on a Liu Bei campaign later and get back to you.

Love the mod. I remember using it in the past. Unfortunately, it does not seem to be working for my Liu Bei campaign. I have no other mods installed. What should i do to troubleshoot?

It does seem to work for AI
