ttt_terminus_v1 Leak Fix

I DO NOT OWN THIS MAP. ALL CREDIT GOES TO FATISKO!
I only fixed a leak, so the map runs better.

I thought the map was great, but it had high fps-drops.
While I was at it, I decided to make it look more like City 17.

CHANGES:
-fixed multiple leaks
-added a citadel in the background to make it look more like a City 17 map
-changed a Traitor Trap
-added Soundscapes
-If triggered, the trains in the trainstation keep coming
-The trains now kill the player
-Added a few car props on the street for additional cover
-The Metrocops now have manhacks to make them deadlier

STORY:
I do not know what the original creator had in mind, but my idea was, that you are a bunch of Rebels, disguised as Civil Protection Officers. But beware, some of you are traitors!
