Replaces Joseph Conrad's voice lines with Duke Nukem Lines, The portrait and bio are also changed to fit the duke experience

There are very few issues i found with these voice lines, but if you find any feel free to comment what the issue or bug is

I do not own these Duke Nukem sound clips, they are owned by Gearbox

most of these assets are from a mix of Duke Nukem games, some aren't on the store though so i'll include links to the ones that are on the store
