Description
Paving Depot (Warehouse)

The Paving Depot stores products from the ore industry and dispatches work crews for local construction projects.

Useful for storing Zoned Industry - Ore Products but can be used for other warehouse purposes. Found in Garbage & Industry > Warehouses.

For more realism, add road maintenance functionality with 1x1 Invisible spawn points.

Re-released as an Industries DLC warehouse after pcfantasy updated the Real Construction mod to fix UI for warehouses and unique factories, allowing them to function properly as resource generators.
_________________________

Designed for additional Real Construction mod functionality, but not required. Uses zoned industry goods from forestry and ore to generate Construction Resources, which are required by buildings to finish construction. If none are produced locally, it will import from out of town.

(Set to Construction Resources only in Real Construction UI; otherwise it produces both Construction and Operation resources. Unfortunately, there's currently no way to make a Construction Resource building use specifically lumber or ore only, so it uses both. See Lumber Yard for timber themed option.)

No electricity, water, sewage or garbage required as this is intended to be constructed before you can zone any residential or build any service buildings, as those now require Construction Resources to build.

For more info, check out my Real Construction mod guide.
_________________________

Sub-buildings used are Inspection Barn and Mobile Office by beardmonkey (converted to Decorative Building AI so they don't require road access or services).

Requires Network Anarchy to plop. (The short fence segments I used to create partitions causes a 'distance too short' error without anarchy on. Sorry, too much work to go back and fix now.)

All required props for this and other Real Construction assets are available in my collection linked at the top.

Here's the Unique Factory version that I'm going to double check real quick before making it fully Public, but it should work fine: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1744737787

Yes, but I apparently made it Unlisted because I was going to release a Unique Factory version but then never got around to making that one Public. Here's the old version that's just a unique building: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1756631358

Is the cement plant still available on the workshop?

Honestly, I have 64GB of RAM. It's new for me and I have been pushing the limits to see how much I can add without dropping FPS or too much CPU usage. SO far, I am up to nearly 9k of assets and 108 mods. It uses about 41GB to load and takes about 6 minutes, plus it doesn't turn yellow or red. I think I could add more... LOL

Yeah I wanted something detailed and I have an ungodly amount of ram. You can get away with not subscribing to some of the props if you don't necessarily like certain ones and decorate in-game as you see fit with props you already have in your own collection, but I wanted a specific, less cartoony look. Like the fuel tank and generator are easily skipped. Maybe swap out the Kamaz trucks for other dump trucks, etc etc.

I really like this. Beautiful work, but holy moly that's a lot of required items. :steamfacepalm:
