Mech Shields Never Shut Down And Recharge

Description
The mechanoid shield (Mech low-shield and Mech high-shield) will not shut down after the mechanoids are destroyed, and once captured, it will operate continuously without requiring a recharge. It also prevents EMP from stunning the shield.

Another mod called Minified Dlc Shield is suggested!

@臥軒聽雨 我目前还没有回坑打算，最近比较忙。可能得等到明年再说了。版本号不变也能用，或者你直接从 1.6 1.7 一直加到2.0都行。

另外，建议增加一个选项可以选择是否开启充能的功能，毕竟有时候看着喜欢，又不想太OP。
