As the old House Van Tassen was being refurbished, some unexploded flasks containing unstable liquid, presumably intended as a rudimentary explosive device, were found hidden in storage. It's unknown whether this is "new old stock" that has always been lying there since time immemorial, as would have been the Van Tassen way, or whether they were made as part of their last stand against House Colvan. There's a lot of them left though: was the Colvan attack that sudden, or were they left unused for another reason?

Frankly it doesn't matter. When we say it was "found", we mean a curious crew member tragically dropped a flask and came away with severe burns. While it's not exactly a high explosive, we're lucky the rest of them didn't follow, and we'd rather none of this hung around here for long; It should be simple to defuse by neutralizing it into stabilized fire.
