Description
The NWU (Navy Working Uniform) Type 1 was introduced to the US Navy in 2008 and was intended for shipboard use. It was dropped from that role when it was realized that the uniforms were not suitable for such duties due to their lack of flame resistance and was discontinued in 2019.
