Description
This mod adds the Geneva Convention as a project to the world congress. It can be chosen when anyone discovers printing press. It costs just as much as the World Fair.

The Rewards:

Bronze - 2 Happiness

Silver - Golden Ages last 20% longer

Gold - Gain a Delegate to the world Congress

Interesting... Person below me suggested continuous gameplay additions, but I like the realism of this current state; Geneva Convention is founded and nobody lets anything happen with it... (/J, good mod. LOL!)

It would be interesting if the Geneva Convention had an ongoing gameplay impact to represent the more humanitarian rules of war. Maybe some aggressive actions are considered war crimes and punished by losing happiness, such as razing a city, capturing and killing civilians, perhaps even attacks on cities.
