Better Followers

Description
This mod is an attempt at improving some of the bad followers in the game.

Please leave a comment with any suggestions of followers to tweak (a link to a save so I can test the change before publishing the mod would be helpful) or if any of the changes seem overpowered.

List of changes:

Beastmen
  • Slave Master - Recruitment Cost: -2% to -10%

Chaos
  • Slave Master - Recruitment Cost: -2% to -10%

Empire
  • Peasant - Income from all buildings (region): +1% to +10%

Norsca
  • Slave Master - Recruitment Cost: -2% to -10%

Vampire Counts
  • Crone - Recruitment Cost: -12% for Banshees to -8% to all heroes
  • Treasurer - Income from Vampire Lair buildings: +8% to +15%

High Elves get this stupid Follower Herbalist that makes the Wound Time +3 Turns, and another one late game that decreases Campaign Movement. It would be great if you removed the negative traits from these... or just delete those followers all together.

I don't know if you know this but there are some followers in the game which have effects that do not apply when equipped by heroes. For example lizardmen heroes can get a replenishment boost for lord's army. Lord's army does not apply when equipped by heroes. If you could find all these followers then change it to "Hero's army" that would be fantastic.

I can see they tweak the followers as well.
I've pushed a change so this mod takes priority over theirs, so it should work now.

How about these?

-Flesh golem: +4% campaign movement, its a worse version of this one: Manservant: +5%... also kinda boring don´t you think? 2 followers doing basically the same... and also, i believe they can´t stack on the same character, (not sure).
-Restless spirit, warpstone hunter and black cat, all give +1 public order
-Possessed mirror is rare, and only gives +12% visual range (i mean, i get it, but its so underwhelming...), and its more common version, Carrion, wich, again, i get it, but gives a +7% v. range... there are really cool followers out there, but you can pretty much ignore the VCs on this XD, no poison attacks, no leadership buffs, no army stats, no faction specifics buffs...

Okay, after some testing, even doubling it made very little difference with 5 followers in the region.
So I'll make the change.

Fair enough for the banshee recruitment, changed it to apply to all heroes but reduced to 8%.
It's reasonably easy to get and stack, so maybe should reduce it even more. At turn 63 I have 9 of them, heroes are basically free in one province.

Couldn't find any with 4% income bonus. There is one that increases Vampire Lair buildings by 8%, I don't think it's too bad. Maybe could be increased, considered it's just for one building.

There is one that only gives a discount on banshee recruitment (of 12% or so...), anyway, i believe it doesn´t matter how much it reduces the cost, its incredible inconsecuential in my opinion...
There is another one that gives a +4% to income from some buildings only i believe.
i cant remember the specifics of the rest, in general, save for the %magic item gain, i pretty much consider the rest useless (especially in contrast with other factions).
