A.O.E Antiquarian + buffs!

The purpose of of this mod is to increase the combat viability of the Antiquarian while trying keep the changes as lore friendly as possible (but still fun).

Changes:

festering vapours:
-now an A.O.E attack
-accuracy reduced to 80% at rank 1, 100% at max rank

fortifying vapours:
-now heals whole group
-resistance buffs change to 10%/10%/11%/11%/12%

invigorating vapours:
-added a small dmg buff: 4% at rank 1, 8% at max rank

protect me:
-unlimted uses

resistances:
- traps can be antiques too! trap resistance increased to 30%
- messing frequently with toxic substances has increased the blight resistance to 40%
