I can confirm that the added functionality with turning the passive factions that can be to non-passive lesser factions. Both in Vortex and Mortal Empires.
It's harder to test if the main purpose of the mod, changing normal AI into hard AI, is working. If at all possible it would be greatly appreciated if you could check your code and see if it still hits the mark, even tho the mod doesn't crash the game or anything. :)
Regardless it has turned out essential for my mod-collection, that aims to enhance AI performance while removing as much of their cheats as possible. Your mod worked wonders in concert with some select others to achieve this effect.
