Description
Updates to 1.4 will be postponed until further notice. If someone wants to update to 1.4 you are welcome to do so. Source code is available on github. Link in description.

Credit for most of the work goes to the original mod author, winggar. Original mod can be found here: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1780182516

I changed the recipes around so instead of producing Rotmeth directly, you make Rotwort which needs to be fermented for 9 days to produce Rotmeth, a fairly strong alcohol made from fermented meat products. As a result, this mod now requires Universal Fermenter/Processor Framework to function, as you cannot add anything to the vanilla fermenting barrel as its hard coded.

Non-Steam Link: https://github.com/troopersmith1/Rotmeth1.1/releases

Support for 1.0 has been discontinued due to the removal of the 1.0 version of Universal Fermenter by the mod author.
Support for 1.1 and 1.2 has also been suspended because UF is no longer supported. Requires Syrchalis' version of Universal Fermenter for 1.1 and 1.2.
Despite the dependency warning in the modloader, the 1.1 and 1.2 versions are still included and should still work with UF, however 1.3 requires [SYR] Processor Framework

Original Description:

The Rotmeth mod adds in the drink "Rotmeth" from the Elder Scrolls series. Rotmeth is made from fermented meat, and was a ritual drink made by the Bosmer of Valenwood after the creation of the Green Pact. The Bosmer had vowed to never eat anything plant-based, and to make sure they use all the meat of their enemies' bodies after defeating them. Rotmeth was their solution for an alcoholic drink that didn't use plant-based materials. Rotmeth also finds its use on the Rim, as the fermenting process involved in making it disguises the origins of the meat used. This allows unscrupulous leaders to make use of human and insect meat without their colonists ever finding out.

This was a request from daemonfool on Ludeon Forums.

I am going to continue this Mod as a part of one of my larger works. If you want the files to update for yourself, please let me know, and I will take it down.

I can confirm that this Mod still works in V1.4 .

The Cthulhu Mod adds several "Cthulhu Mythos" creatures into the game. All of them have their own special category of Meat, the "Strange Meats". Strange Meats are not part of the normal Meat Category because of their anomalous nature; since Rot Meth obscures all meat regardless of its source, I think that giving the Mod's Meat the works would be really cool.

I am referring to this Mod specifically: https://www.steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=765890823 .

Updated. Now uses the Processor Framework for 1.3. Since the framework has changed, no further updates will be made to the 1.1/1.2 versions, which are still included and should still work with the 1.1/1.2 version of Universal Fermenter.

SYR just uploaded the changes to the Universal Fermentation Mod. It now has a new name!

Updated. Changed dependency for UF to the unofficial fork for 1.3, since SYR still hasn't updated. Also simplified the naming scheme so future versions names will remain constant.

In the meantime, my original version (link in the description) is working and updated for 1.3, however it doesn't use fermenting barrels because I wasn't smart enough to figure that out. It's just made at the brewing table instead.

Updated for compatibility with 1.3

Please note that it still will not work until UF is also updated for 1.3. Please do not bother Syrchalis for updates, as they have expressed they do not have the time right now but will update once they are able.

All of my mods will be updated to 1.3
I just ask that you be patient, my father is in the hospital and work has been overwhelming, so my time for modding is limited right now.
