25 Ascension Perk Slots

FEATURES:
Simply expands the number of available Ascension Perk slots to 25, additional slots are gained through a repeatable technology. Based off of code from 20 Ascension Perks / Slots by Hot Biscuits, so thank you to them.

COMPATIBILITY:
Since the only modifications are to the number of available Ascension Perk slots and the addition of the repeatable tech to get them, it should be generally compatible. However, this was made for personal use so I have not really tested it, just figured I'd share it for those who don't use a mod to add more Ascension Perks but would still like a decent slot increase.
