Wouter's Experience Curve Flattening

Description
Wouter coded this nifty mod that, unlike the general public with COVID-19, actually flattens the curve of experience requirements. This means that your Hearthlings need less experience to level up per level they already have.

The current calculation is a Hearthling's current level (meaning the total levels earned across all jobs) times 115, plus 135. This mod changes this calculation to current level, times 30, plus 400. The first three levels are actually slightly slower than vanilla, but after that levelling becomes exponentially faster, as can be seen in the preview image.

However, because Wouter is a big, smelly doodoohead, he insisted that I publish this instead of manning up and doing it himself. So here it is. All credit should go to Wouter, creator of the nauseatingly good Nordlingmod, as well as this mod and a few others you really should check out.

Testimony from the nerd that actually made this: "TLDR for those not so great with math: first 6 levels are roughly the same, start slightly slower, end up at lvl 6 about 5~ish percent faster. if you then change class and do 6 levels in that its 30 ish percent faster. if you then change again you need a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ less xp than otherwise would be the case, and going up to 6 again in that job (3rd job) you are nearly 100% faster" - Wouter
