What if Roosevelt had polio

A sequel to the old, but gold (that is an expression, i will link it to urban dictionary.com ((that's a website for cool teen slang)) in the description below) 'What if Hitler was Hitler?' mod for Hearts of Iron IV (roman four). This mod will seek to depict a universe (it's alternate universe, not real or realistic don't worry marge i'm not senile yet) in which the U.S President from 1933-1945 Franklin Delano Roosevelt had contracted a certain disease known as polio, we do have a vaccine for such an awful and harmful disease, however our great president was not able to get such a vaccine, we are glad to finally bring such an alternate universe to light after the hard work that was put into this mod.
