Once you uploaded the mod, just copy the following file:
"@XCOM Uniforms - Gamerfoo Friendly Sign files\Addons\xcom_uniform.pbo.Gamerfoo.bisign"

into "@XCOM Uniforms\Addons\."

For server side you will find the server key in:
"@XCOM Uniforms - Gamerfoo Friendly Sign files\Gamerfoo Server Key\."
