Inspired by the Let’s Colonize the Solar System Mod, this mod intends to allow a player to terraform Sol through the use of special techs.

Tier 1 Tech - Allows you to terraform the Moon at the start and is a prerequisite to two individual techs for Venus and Mars respectively.

Tier 2 Tech - Allows Mercury terraforming
At this point Terrestrial Sculpting will appear allowing you to improve, for example Post Terraformed Mercury into a more favorable world.

Tier 3 Tech – Allows Jovian moons Terraforming

Tier 4 Tech - Allows terraforming of Triton, Titan and Pluto which has been reclassified as a planet.

Set up the mod by using the Terraformable Sol Start

Moon > Tropical
Mars > Continental
Venus > Ocean
Mercury > Desert
Callisto > Tundra
Ganymede > Tundra
Europa > Tundra
Io > Ocean
Titan > Arctic
Triton > Arctic
Pluto > Arctic

I’m playing as the commonwealth of man, will I gain access to the terraforming tech if I conquer the sol system?

The mod still works, but the typical nearby systems aren't showing up after this last game update.

Does this work with 3.6 Stellaris?

@Dekent well I too enjoy one empire starts and with this next update, I'm rewriting the code to make it compatiable with other system initalizers, as well as system events for sol. I wrote code that worked in my previous version that spawns a very nice event chain that ties sol with deneb a little better...

Would love to have this ready for the new DLC whenever that comes out, I plan to get back into the game and always liked transitioning late-mid game into a 'one system emperor' and having the sectors be vassals.

@Alox _unes Yeah, funny enough though I recently got back into stellaris and I am rebuilding the mod to work with the current version. I was a little annoyed to find that they completely reformatted a shit ton of objects for no reason. But I got all the graphical media and that was the biggest thing with this project. Expect an update in about a month.
