Description
Makes the dam that appeared in Mission 11 available for free games.

Note
・ When making a new map, never enable it. It is set up in an outrageous place.
・The number and types of required substances are larger than in Mission 11.
・ It is a building full of romance. Be careful in handling.

The water is all at one level so how could you Dam it?
Well you can't run ships on brushed in water!
And it seems you can't put road or rail on it!
Why not make the dam as a solid bridge and add asset buildings?
