Update 0.1
Mar-Zed the Lost has been added as a unique, essential follower who levels with you and wears the Red Spectre armor.
He can be found just outside the Tower of Mzark, at a small camp near the exit.

Armed with a Daedric Greatsword of Flames and a bow.

Master of Destruction magic, with additional Conjuration spells and shouts.

Designed for higher-level players at level 71.

Resistant to magic.

Update 0.2 — Lore Added
The Red Spectres were the most widely known secret military force of the Dwemer.
Other names for this group include: The Dwemer Immortals, The Deep Ghosts, and The Black March.

This elite force was used in battles where the main Dwemer armies could not succeed, serving as the second blade of the Dwemer Empire.
Many myths surround the Red Spectres, especially since their name originates from the Second Battle of Red Mountain—the last known battle before the Dwemer mysteriously disappeared from Nirn.

They were also called the Dwemer Immortals because the force consisted of 600 men, and any who died were immediately replaced—leading many to believe they were impossible to kill.
This military unit was known for facing overwhelming odds (10 to 1, with 600 against 2000 enemies) and returning with nearly all soldiers alive.

The Process of Becoming a Spectre: The Collecting
The Collecting was a dangerous rite of passage for the strongest recruits.
The firstborn child, born before marriage in families with a history of Dwemer militarism, would be taken—sometimes by force—to a place known as Arkasreel.
Arkasreel was one of the deepest areas beneath Nirn.
There, their name was changed and a new one chosen by the Knight-Commander after they completed the Reaping—a trial to prove their abilities.

Now here the Funny part I use a male nude mod (dont ask) and im glad i do because at my in game wedding ceremony Mar-Zed was there and was as free as a man could be or dunmer could be nude at my wedding. After that i mad him my main companion from there on out but i deside to re tire him to the workshop of my Lakeveiw manor and he doesnt like to wear armor when at home so hes always in his birthday suit and its some of the funnies Role0playing ive ever done.... so thnk you for creating my Best Buddy Mar-Zed The Lost "and Free"

AWESOME MOD i really like the look and feel of it and the lore is great! the only slight critisisam i can level is that when i back step or look around with a weapon drawn, the red glow gets into my first person view and causes quite a bit of lag. this mod would be perfact without it but i really like the look of the glow in 3rd person. other than that this mod alone has inspired me to do a whole new playthruough of skyrim as a dwemer. keep up the good work.
