Description
A tiny company home!

Asset info:
Level: 1
Footprint: 1x2
Main model tris: 1,158
Lod model tris: About 100, give or take 10.
Textures: 1080 and 128.
Props: A light and an entryway.
Dependencies: Nope!
Texture maps: All there, though I did have some issues with the lod illumination map. Let me know if it gives you difficulty.

Just a completed asset I had sitting around that was never uploaded for whatever reason. IRL, there are quite a few of these a couple of blocks over from where I am, which leads me to believe it was either a company home design or a low-effort subdivision planner. I think they're cute, personally.

Any trouble with the asset, please let me know and I'll fix it up, quick as I can. Like many of you, probably, I'm not getting out of the house as much as I normally would.

The workshop lacks houses that resemble those of the mid-century Australian housing commission estates. This is one of the closest assets to that, and it's good, although the roof colour could use more variation than the walls

The workshop needs more simple small country homes like this. Every county in Mississippi, mine included, has homes like this dotting the countryside, wedged in city neighborhoods, and everywhere in between. The tiny homes before tiny homes lol

This house will fit in just right with my retro cities!

Wish there were more small cottage style homes like this on the workshop.
