Description
Purpose
A small-grid, unmanned cargo shuttle designed for use with the SAMv2 script for carrying Components and with enough thrust to fly with completely full cargo.

This is part of three collections:
1. Callisto Cargo Drone series - variants in all three thrust types for Ore, Ingots or Components and can either be armed (two front gatling turrets) or unarmed, for a total of eighteen drones to fit your specific needs.
2. ISL Small Grid Printable Ships - This ships and its variants are all printable with my Small Ship Factory
3. ISL shipyard - where you can find all of the ISL ships so far (large grid and small).

2 front mounted gatling turrets for defence
Battery powered
Enough thrusters to fly with all cargo filled with designated cargo, as indicated in the ship name (Ore-O, Ingots-N, Components-C).

The Programmable block is turned off in this blueprint, to get it going again, just turn it back on. Each ship also has text panels on the sides to display a registration number.

Has an empty mass of 37411 kg

All ships in this set have a rear mounted Merge block and can be printed using a welder wall with one (large grid) piston, like the [/url] Small Ship Factory MK 3[/url]

Nice Design!
My atmospheric cargo ships also get the job done, but they look ugly!

I've found one small problem: The thruster on the top damages the camera on full thrust.

Are there any other ships draining power? you could disconnect them (or wait for them to charge). Or you could set some of the Hercules batteries to Discharge

wierd now its saying there charging will take 8 hours.. anyway to speed that up?

I thought the Hercules had 2 engines?

Are the hydrogen engines on an running?

You may need to put some of the Hercules batteries to discharge if you don't have enough hydrogen. Or wait until the Hercules is not using its power to charge miners as well.

so i checked the batterys there on auto and not getting power altho the herc has 1 hydro engine on and 35MW of power so um?

Ok, then I have no idea, since I'm actually sitting in a dedicated server watching the Ore carrying version of this ship go back and forth. Do the batteries have the [SAM] tag on them? (the script should automatically add i to all batteries and tanks on the ship)

ok all that worked it did a few runs then ran outa energy and is now sitting piowerless on my dock

You can tell it to wait until the cargo containers are full at a certain dock by choosing the "Load" or "Charge&Load" options with SAM, and you also tell it to wait until all containers are empty at a specific dock by choosing either "Unload" or "Charge&Unload".

You choose these options by taking control of the ship (while looking at the LCD), making sure PB [SAM] is turned on, going to toolbar 4 and pressing button 4 to change screens (which should show you a list of available docks), choosing the docks you want using button 3 (select).

Once you are done choosing all the stops you want your drone to take, press button 4 again and you should see a list of only the docks you have selected, if you press button 3 it will cycle through docking options for the selected dock; "Charge", "Load", "Unload", "Charge&Load'and "Charge&Unload".

Keep in mind the SAM script doesn't actually move the cargo, so you may still need sorters.
