Easy Chaos Spawn during Vortex Rituals

This mod changes the number of forces that spawn during the vortex rituals to the one you'll encounter in Easy difficulty (despide of the difficulty you set to the Campaign).

You can play in Legendary, Very Hard, Hard or Normal and the spawn will be the one you would have in Easy mode.
