Chaos steeds resized 2

This mod is a reupload of a mod with the same name (sorta).
I did the work myself, but it is exactly the same as the other resize mod, it aims to make the horses / mounts of chaos not look like ponies.
I increased the size of the chaos steeds by 15%, and the size of their riders by 5%.
Beware that this mod has the exact same issue as the other one, the riders can not keep themselves in their saddles, so they clip out of them. I will look into seeing if I can do something about this, but since Cataph himself does not know how to fix this issue, don't expect to much from a novice as me.
This mod should be compatible with pretty much everything else, as it only changes 9 lines.
