Zeros Luminadesigner Builder Toolgun Replacement

Description
replaces the default toolgun with the steampunk builder tool from zero's lumina designer, works with wiremod and screen skins, clients who join your server need this too, or else thier animations will be bugged and thier arm will stick in the view when wielding it...
