Description
The "Penguin", an old pleasure craft, refitted for service and painted in a more serious manner, after the new Lord Dingleton gifted it to the military for light patrol duty. Around this ship the Dingleton Squadron, paid for by the Lord's son, was formed.

Oddly enough this more often than nought ends up as the main bulk of my fleets in my campaigns and preforms particularly well when paired with the testbett.
