Combine Anti-Mass Spectrometer

So one day on a random sandbox server I got bored and made this. It doesn't really function LIKE the Half Life game's Anti-Mass Spectrometer, for it is a bit well... too advanced for me, but it has some similar functioning features.
Numpad 8 and Numpad 5 rotate it btw. That is really all there is about it other than the fact that you need:
WireLib Weld
(Maybe) Half-Life 2 mounted
No Collide tool.
