Bundy's RHIB Model 4 (military)

Description
A speedy little inflatable boat, perfect for when you just need something to carry you around. Powered by a medium engine and with over 1400 liters of fuel, this little beast will carry you farther than you could possibly expect!
This one is operated by the Democratic Republic of Leasath, of Ace Combat X fame :)

Specs

Maximum Speed: 68 Knots
Cruising Speed: 43 Knots
At Throttle: 77%
Controllability
Stability: Solid in fair weather. Degrades somewhat in wavy waters, but as long as you don't floor the throttle you should be just fine.
Maneuverability: Turns pretty tight as you'd expect. Tends to turn better to starboard than to port, but will turn to port as well given a little encouragement.

Range Info
Liters/Km, 100% throttle: Approx. 54l
77%: Approx. 20l
Fuel capacity: 1453.13l Diesel

Max Range, 100% throttle: Approx. 26.9km
77%: 72.6km

Seating for 10 passengers, plus driver. Magballs provide limited cargo transport, perfect for carrying a spare fuel tank or similar.

V/UHF Radio Information (see image for more info):

Freq Dials: Using touch controls, rapidly dial in a frequency from 000.0 to 999.9. Note that 0.8 and 0.9 show the same value; there doesn't seem to be anything I can do to fix this.
Decimal Toggle: Multiplies frequency by 10, changing the range from 000.0-999.9 to 0000-9999. Perfect for contacting oil rigs, whose frequency is around 1253 or something
Toggle Talk: Toggles transmission. Remember to switch this on if you're talking to anyone!
Is Recieving?: Lights up green when either receiving other radio signals, or when you're transmitting.

Note that this radio can receive and send simultaneously; i.e. you transmitting on a frequency does not prevent you receiving on the same freq. You will hear your own voice echoing back at you, no matter what.

Max range: 4km
Min range: 2km (alternator activates at 50% battery level)

Other notes:
Has electric connectors as mooring hooks. If you have a structure with electric connectors on winches, you can use them to tie this vehicle in place. They also serve as actual electric inputs, in case you ever need to jump-start the boat, or, indeed, jump-start something else with this vehicle.
