I think you need TF2. It's a free game on Steam. If it requires a game you have to pay for I might ask the author if I can make a version with all HL2 models and materials.

mmmm I dont think this is realy a mansion it looks more like a wooden block with a maze on the inside I probably wouldent do better but in least make the mansion look more like a MANSION
