Splendor - Scripted

Description
Splendor by Steve!

Based on Splendor by kittyhat. Improved tokens by ZeekMaster.

This is my first attempt at a scripted game in TTS.

Features:

- HAS A GAME BOARD! One of the few implementations that does
- Automatic board setup based on number of players
- Automatic point tracking
- Hides any extra pieces that you don't need
- Prevents players from ending their turn with more than 10 gem tokens in their hand

Hey, I took the time to add gem token counts for each player, as well as mine card counts.
Are you ok with me publishing it as a new mod or something?
