AUTO PILOT
so the auto pilot is found on the map screen's top right corner. Press the button to pull up the AP menu, in there there are 4 options as follow
1 Manual
2 Home
3 SOS
4 Set save 1

The map will show the direction of the craft, and the wind direction as well.

Manual indicates a manual GPS coordinate and can be entered with the key pad right of the pilot once a coordinate is entered and Manual is selected press the AP start on the screen right of the pilot in the center console.

Home is the the location that the helicopter was last powered up IE every time you shut it down and turn power off the Home coordinate will reset.
to use the Home coordinate select home and press the AP start on the screen right of the pilot in the center console.

SOS is a sos gps signal coordinate
it can be used by the composite out put from a radio on channel 121 using channel 1 (x coordinate) and channel 2 (y coordinate). The GPS locator in the rear of the air craft can be dropped at any time and will give you a GPS SOS signal. The SOS signal also will put a search radius on the map that is red and labeled SOS.
to use the SOS coordinate select SOS and press the AP start on the screen right of the pilot in the center console.

Set save 1 is what it sounds like, at any time press set save to save the current GPS location. The [R] will reset the save at any time to set a new waypoint
to use the Set save coordinate select set save 1 and press the AP start on the screen right of the pilot in the center console.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

LANDING GEAR

Landing gear, dont even worry they do their own thing. The landing gear will automatically come out when the craft knows it is not above water and the distance to the ground is about 50 feet away when the craft sense it is over water the gear will automatically fold up.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

FLIGHT DATA SYSTEMS

The craft has an auto land that can be used on and off of land when activated over the ocean the helicopter will hover at an altitude of 40 feet
The screen that has the auto land and auto rotate feature will indicate weather the helicopter is over land or water with the color of the bar on the bottom.

The purple line on that screen shows the length of the winch in relation to the ground and when it touches the blue or tan bar it means it is on the ground.
The same screen will also tell you the altitude and the grounds altitude for ease of landing DTG is an abreviation for DISTANCE TO GROUND

The purple bar on the flight data screen is a collective indicator.
The same screen will show the bearing direction H speed aka Horizontal speed, also the V speed aka Verticle speed.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

SIGNAL SKIMMER

the signal skimmer can be activated by simply putting the switch to the on position, it will then scan all channels between 0 and 250 and stop if it receives a signal strength greater then 0. Note that when turning it off it will finish its scan cycle before stopping

BEACON LOCATOR

the beacon locator is a simple on of switch in the center console that will then blink an orange indicator and a sound tone.

FLARES

flares are used on the touch screen that has 4 IR flares and 3 ILL short for ILLUMINATION FLARE press the button to release some flares.

Yes you can, use the up and down arrow keys, the collective is sticky and there are multiple ways of looking at your vertical airspeed. @aeroxsepp
