Windham County

Description
This map represents the fictional version of Windham County in Vermont, USA, as described in the 6th edition of the TTRPG "Call of Cthulhu", whithin the "The Madman" short adventure.

(excepting of course the fact that the story it is set in the 1920s so unlike in this map there would be no highways nor airplanes)

Features:

I imported the heightmap of part of the real Windham County with terrain.party[terrain.party], and modified it to fit with the story.

It has the Windham river and its western fork, where the village of Jenning would be located, and Strafton Mountain to the NW, central to the adventure.

It also is almost completely covered in forests composed of Sugar Maple, Beech and Birch trees.

It has 3 outside highway connections, 3 outside train connections and 3 airplane connections.

Dependencies:

You need to also subscribe to the assets and theme listed as required items, otherwise the map won't load or it will be incomplete

I also recommend using Ultimate Eyecandy and Relight with its "Neutral" LUT.

Why did I make this map?:

I'm preparing to GM the adventure "The Madman" from Call of Cthulhu 6E for a group of friends, so I started making a map in Roll20 with some 2D assets I found on the Internet, but I wasn't convinced with the result. And then it occured to me I could make it with Cities: Skylines, and also I figured since I had already put the work in making a fairly realistic map, I could upload it to the workshop.

The map looks great, but man, what's up with the highways and railroads?

Muy bueno el mapa! Aunque he tenido que pasar la sierra mecánica para quitar unos cuantos árboles por culpa de mi tostadora. Aún así, sigue luciendo chulo!
