New Protocol - Assimilation and Bombardment

Description
Adds a new civic for Gestalt Consciousness (Machine Intelligence) civs that is a hybrid of the Driven Assimilator and Determined Exterminator civics. But without the other bonuses and penalties other than the Assimilation aspect and Armageddon Bombardment stance. I made so somebody who wants the Armageddon and Assimilation mechanics can use them without being a warmongering or assimilating menace.

The civic is called "A&D Protocol"
It allows the civilization utilizing it to:
- Use the Armageddon bombardment stance
- Assimilate races into Cyborgs (Gains Unity and Society research from this)
However the race using it doesn't receive a starting cyborg bonus race, and doesn't have any bonuses to waging wars. This also cannot be switched out or replaced, since it is an alternative to Driven Assimilator and Determined Exterminators, and meant to be the inbetween.

Seeing as it doesn't grant any of the starting bonuses of either of the two groups, i'll strongly consider making that an update. But sadly it won't be anytime soon, since i'm working on a HOI4 project this moment.

is it possible you can make this be able to be added after starting? i only found this after i started and i dont really want to restart (its fine if you dont, im just wondering)

I hope you fellas enjoy this mod, as much as I did creating it! I felt like the game needed a civic that didn't make your Machine Intelligence look like a complete asshole to the galactic community. But obviously, I made it so you can still be an asshole when war comes to your doorstep! Diplomacy is key, and when somebody angers Mr. Roboto, they better expect he'll respond with planetary annihilation and the swift assimilation of their species!
