[WDM] Locust Utility Craft

A rather simple industrial design, the Locust Class Utility Craft specializes in repair and salvage operations, and is an essential piece of engineering equipment for any self-sufficient fleet. Similarly to the Typhoon Class, the Locust Class was designed specifically for use with the Providence Class, significantly furthering the frigate's capabilities. In addition, the Locust Class is technically capable of planetary flight, however size restrictions only allowed for a small hydrogen capacity, thus greatly inhibiting it's effectiveness in gravity stronger than half a G. Despite this unfortunate drawback, the Locust Class is still widely used by the SBF Navy and civilian corporations alike.
