Engagement: River Valley

River Valley was a break from a bunch of experimental large landing maps, complete with ships to match. So enjoy this while I get my bearings together on how to create island battles. I would classify this as an engagement level, per SteelRaven's map classifications on how I perceive them. Oh, and look at the new image!

This map is best experienced on Skirmish with Short as the game length. Recommended AI: 50 - 100, but 150 is possible. The AI will not enter the water unless it falls in, and if you try to cross the river the AI will use the bridge instead. The transports are there to help the AI get across. I recommend you to not use any rocket launchers (excluding grenades). Chaos is nice, but anarchy is horrible. The AI has no distinctions between a gun and a rocket launcher, whether you are in a car or by yourself. Also, there aren't any other vehicles other than military transports. No tanks or motorized transports (though you could change it with presets, but that requires other vehicle mods)

And anyways, what will you do when your local bridge is stormed by anarcho-monarchist nationalists that want your local fief to rule the house by stealing your livelihood, and come about with muskets, husars and a seized cache of military transport vehicles complete with light machine guns and you don't have your rocket launcher on hand (you have contacts in the PLA, I hear) because you lent it to a guy in Dallas (even though you live in Dihua, Sinkiang. Those things would never get though airport security)? Well, just knock em' out of the car, instead. Who needs any violence?
Where was I again? Oh right. That's illegal here, and I don't live in Dihua. Guess I better call it Urumqi now.
