Better icons for technology research.

I wasn't a fan of how ugly the research icons were in comparison to the beautiful model graphics and the paintings you see when events occur. Almost all research is replaced, although some of the icons were good enough for me that I kept them there. This does change the ship weapon and engine icons, because they use similar icons in the research menu.

p.s. The Ascendancy game from 1995 is still funner than Stellaris.
