TFAR 0.9.7 ACE Arsenal Fix

Description
Description
ACE Arsenal eats radios saved in server on tfar 0.9.7 due to the radio instances not having a linked ace_arsenal_uniqueBase attribute.
This fixes it by adding a line to the macro that generates the configs for them, allowing them to be saved as prototype instead of instance radios.

Compatibility
- TFAR 0.9.7[radio.task-force.ru] (only tested, but should work with earlier versions, not for TFAR 1.0!)

Signature is included in mod directory
