Hyundai Global Business Center（현대차 글로벌 비즈니스 센터）

Hyundai Global Business Center (HGBC) is Hyundai Motor Group's Samseong-Gangnam-gu, Seoul, South Korea. The old headquarters is located in Korea Electric Power Company and plans to demolish buildings and build skyscrapers. The number of parking spaces is 3,523, and there are plans to build hotels and exhibition halls near the area. After completion, it will be 14 meters higher than the Lotte World Tower (123 floors, 555 meters) and will become the tallest building in South Korea, Seoul, ranking fourth in the world.
Construction will begin in April 2020, and internal construction and renovation is expected to take place in 2026

현대차 글로벌 비즈니스 센터(영어: Hyundai Global Business Center, HGBC)는 현대자동차 그룹이 대한민국 서울특별시 강남구 삼성동에 소재한 구 한국전력공사 청사를 철거하고 건설할 예정인 마천루이자 초고층 건물이다. 주차대수는 3,523대로 구성되고 주변에는 호텔, 전시장도 들어설 예정이다. 완공되면 롯데월드타워(123층, 555m)보다 14m 더 높고 대한민국, 서울특별시에서 가장 높으며 세계에서 4번째로 높은 빌딩이 된다.
2020년 4월에 착공하여 2026년에는 내부공사가 완료될 예정이고 개장은 같은 해나 2025년에 할 예정이며 현대그룹, 현대자동차그룹 등 다른 기업들이 입주할 예정이다.
