Formable Nations In Setup Options

Description
Does not work with versions 1.12 and above. This mod works for 1.11.* only.
This mod adds custom game options that let you start the game with any of the game's cosmetic tags - think name changes through focuses or formable nations made through decisions, i.e. Austria-Hungary, the Roman Empire, the Holy Roman Empire, etc. Besides cosmetic tags, which are just fancy flags and colors being applied to a country, this mod also lets you start with countries that are normally only released through events, like East/West Germany, Transylvania, or the Confederacy. Finally, there are a couple of other things that don't fit into either of those: a fix to the vanilla fragmented Yugoslavia that adds Herzegovina and Kosovo, and a fragmented Romania option.

Many of these are dependent on their respective DLCs; if you do not own a specific DLC then options associated with it will not show. For example, if you do not own Death or Dishonor, you will not be able to form Austria-Hungary - and if you don't have any you'll only be able to form Egypt, East/West Germany, Czech Republic/Slovakia, and the Franco-British Union. If anything, I suggest you at least have Waking the Tiger enabled, as its formable nation decisions were the original focus of this mod.

Turning on multiple formables can result in overlap, but these nations load in the same order as they're listed in the options (alphabetically, really), so in any conflict the winner will be the one whose name comes last.

FAQ
Q: Is this compatible with x mod?
A: Most likely. This mod doesn't edit any vanilla files (except three mentioned later, needed to squash some bugs), so it should be compatible with most regular mods, but that does not include your 3000 BC total conversion. New states added by other mods might not work (it can change from option to option - expect some border gore if playing with something like Satisfying States).
Q: Is this compatible with Road to 56?
A: Road to 56 changes a lot of stuff, but fortunately the only vanilla files this mod overwrites are the German and Dutch focus trees and the South African events. Unfortunately, Road to 56 also edits the German focus tree and so it will be reset to vanilla's if you use them together. I've never played with Road to 56, so besides that, best I can say is "dunno lol".
Q: Can you add x country?
A: Short answer: no. Long answer: The gist of what this mod does is to take the wacky countries that are more or less "hidden" ingame and put them on the map. I didn't make any of these countries from scratch. That being said, if you're asking for something that doesn't exist in vanilla, then no. If you are, then... probably.

i don't have the dlc bought, but countries in menu are stil missing. it's not the dlc but the new update fault. if you haven't bought by blood alone you'll still have this problem since steam updates are inevidable.

Turns out it's happening because the game doesn't load the mod. Still no issues with the mod when I use what's on my disk, but after using this downloaded from the workshop all the "errors" normally present vanish from the error log. Not sure why yet though.

They've disappeared from the options? I went to find out what's happening but nothing is out of the ordinary for me. Might be an issue with the DLC as I haven't bought it yet. Will have to recheck once that's the case.
