To Install head to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\645630\2059462151\

Grab Corvette C7R Highway Patrol Skin.png and then place it in: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\645630\1529772666\Liveries

I got the template from the Chevrolet Corvette C7R (2016) mod and then I grabbed logos from the California Highway Patrol vehicles and copied livery designs. And I used Adobe Photoshop CS5
