Hotseat Buttons

If you've tried using Hotseat mode (to play with multiple players at the same computer) and found it lacking, this is for you. Also useful for Remote Play!

Each button will start and end a "turn" for its respective color; this is done by switching the active player to the color of the button. When clicked again, the button will end the turn by switching the player to a color not seated at the table - thus leaving all hands hidden for when they next player sits down.

Also includes buttons for switching to Game Master and Spectator modes, as well as a button that only ends "turns", if needed.

Note: This is intended only for switching the active player in a single-player game. It may not work as expected if used in a multiplayer game.
