Conventional Weapons

  • X-Pistol-A conventional pistol.

  • X-Shotgun-An standard shotgun.

  • X-Cannon-The Cannon is an improvised light support weapon, specialized for high volume fire.

  • X-Sniper-A specialized weapon for medium to long range engagement.

  • X-Assault Rifle-Fully-automatic assault rifle, capable of accurately firing short bursts of high-velocity bullets. The Assault Rifle is an "all-around workhorse" equally effective at both short and medium ranges but compares poorly to the brute punch of a shotgun at short ranges.

  • Vektor Rifle-A testament to the efficiency of its old-world design the Vektor has relatively low damage compared to the conventional sniper rifle. It does, however, have a versatile design that buffers close-range penalties.

  • Kal-7 Bullpup-With a maximum sustained fire rate of 900 rounds per minute, a range of 250m, and a muzzle velocity approaching 750 m/s the Kal-7 serves up big time spray-n-pray action.

  • Bolt Caster-Discovered among a cache of seemingly archaic weaponry, the Bolt Caster is deceptively powerful but limited by a slow rate of fire. Targeted enemies have a chance of being stunned on impact.
Research Magnetic Weapon Technology

  • Mag Pistol-A magnetic pistol which boasts a substantial improvement over the conventional pistol.

  • Shard Gun-Magnetized weapon technology makes for an especially effective improvement over the conventional combat shotgun.

  • Mag Cannon-Magnetic weapons tech will let us deploy a rapid fire version of the cannon. Our Grenadiers will be able to lay down a much deadlier volume of fire.

  • Magnetic Rifle-Magnetized projectile tech has enabled us to create rifle-style slugthrowers. They represent a substantial improvement in power relative to conventional assault rifles.

  • Gauss Rifle-Magnetic weapons technology has particular utility for precision slow-fire weapons like sniper rifles. The Gauss Rifle will enable our Sharpshooters to cause greater damage at extended range.

  • Temnotic Rifle-Modifying the existing Vektor rifle frame to allow for the integration of a magnetic accelerator, the weapon is now capable of firing ferromagnetic projectiles that can be mass produced by our engineering staff with relative ease. Damage output has been significantly improved as a result.
Research Alien Plasma Technology

  • Beam Pistol-A highly advanced pistol that integrates alien technology into its design.

  • Storm Gun-The Storm Gun fires a concentrated set of beam pulses, piercing and melting the target across a substantial surface area.

  • Beam Cannon-The Beam Cannon is one of the most powerful combat support weapon human forces can deploy.

  • Plasma Lance-This is the apex of sniper rifle technology. The aliens' focused beam technology has obvious applications for improving sniper rifles. The Plasma Lance is an unmatched sniper rifle.

  • Beam Rifle-The Plasma Rifle is a general purpose, supremely powerful primary infantry weapon system.
Research Refined Alien Weapons

  • Darkclaw-Although it would almost appear to mimic the design of traditional revolvers found on Earth, the technology involved here is anything but conventional.

  • Arashi-The Chosen Assassin's failsafe weapon, in close quarters it is no less dangerous than her sword.

  • Darklance-This rifle designed by the Chosen Hunter has probably seen more death than we can possibly imagine.

  • Disrupter Rifle-Fast, high-damage, armor-piercing assault rifle.
Rare weapons from trading and quest rewards

  • Enhanced Shadowkeeper-A flintlock style pistol. Although it may appear old-fashioned compared to our latest designs, this pistol is remarkably accurate, ensuring that even the most inexperienced of our soldiers will strike their intended targets. It deals identical damage to the Pistol, but it grants the user +10 Aim.

  • Powered Shadowkeeper-A flintlock style pistol. Although it may appear old-fashioned compared to our latest designs, this pistol is remarkably accurate, ensuring that even the most inexperienced of our soldiers will strike their intended targets. It deals more damage than a pistol and grants the user +10 Aim.

Research Integrated Warfare to unlock Personal Combat Sims
  • Speed-Movement +20%
  • Conditioning-Blood Filtration/Blood Pumping/Breathing +20%
  • Focus-Psychic Sensitivity -25%
  • Agility-Manipulation +20%
  • Perception-Sight +20%, Aiming Delay -5%, Shooting Accuracy +20%
  • Overdrive Serum-derived from the adrenal glands of a Berserker alien, boosts a soldier's nervous system, resulting in greater mobility and significant pain resistance
Melee
  • X-Sword-This machete-like melee weapon is sharp and effective in melee combat.

  • Arc Blade-When pure kinetic energy is no longer sufficient in the field, the Arc Blade may prove necessary. It boosts the standard Sword's combat effectiveness with the addition of an electric field, capable of stunning enemies not killed outright.

  • Fusion Blade-The Fusion Blade encases a plasma heated metallic core in a microthin magnetic field, enabling devastating melee that are capable of setting enemies aflame.

  • X-Katana-The Katana does extreme damage. Armor will not save enemies from Katana attacks.

  • Skulljack-The Skulljack places its target in temporary stasis similar to an EMP but more direct.
Grenades
  • X-Frag-Frag grenades are useful for removing or "shredding" enemy armor and destroying cover.

  • Plasma-Plasma grenades improve on the frag grenade's damage, armor shredding and cover destruction capabilities.

  • Acid-Acid grenades shred more armor than a standard frag grenade. Acid grenades do not destroy cover, however.

  • Frost Bombs-The charges on this grenade don't seem all that powerful, but according to Shen, the liquefied gases inside should lead to an instantaneous freeze effect.

  • EMP-EMP Grenades ignore armor when dealing damage. They only affect robotic units.

  • Flashbang-The Flashbang Grenade disrupts and disorients enemies in a very large radius, inflicting significant offensive penalties. Flashbang grenades don't do damage, but disorient and disrupt enemies in a large radius.

  • Incendiary-They deal a higher average damage than the Frag Grenade and inflict Burning on targets hit.

  • Smoke-Provides a defensive boost to any unit within the radius of the smoke, friend or foe.
Grenade Launcher comes in three flavors
  • Frost
  • Acid
  • Plasma
Research Defense Matrix and Elerium Cores to build Avenger Mag Turrets and Quad Auto-Turrets
  • Mag-The Avenger Turrets rely on the aliens' advanced automation technology, providing security emplacements to bolster their "peacekeeping" forces.

  • Quad-Elerium Core upgrade gives an almost unlimited power supply and significantly improved ammo use efficiency.
Utilities
  • Mimic Beacons-The hologram is designed to provoke the enemy into targeting the temporary holographic target instead of one of your other soldiers.

  • Shadow Chamber-Increases research speed when placed near hi-tech research bench. Almost entirely self-powered with an Elerium Core.

  • Elerium Core Power Coil-Using the almost infinite power from the elerium cores, this building can generate a significant amount of energy.

@NullPug, sorry I took a while to answer but this mod does not give these parts quality by default. Maybe you have another mod that is adding that?

Does the quality of the PCS matter? or could I just equip awful quality PCS into all my pawns for no drawbacks?
