This building is a design that took me the better part of a day to create.My first upload. Still learning the game - so please ignore any first timers Zoo design mistakes.


This is a large building that i made to fit my urban style zoo that has more of a traditional zoo look that is common in medium size cities rather than large city themed zoos.

The building is very easy to edit to your own tastes. I think the total object count was just over 100. This building has proven to be quite the money maker as long as you look after it.

The paths or floors are not included in this upload. This also includes the picnic tables. You will have to place them yourself. When placing the paths, be sure to do it via the grid layout, otherwise your paths are going to look wonky and you will be sad.

If you do not have Arctic DLC, this will still work just fine. Just the stars in the front of the building will not be there. Easily replaced by whatever suits you.
