Bold Fonts for SE

Description
This addon will modify the default font used for the main menu with a custom bold font, built by mixing Noto Sans and Raleway glyphs.
All fonts are under the SIL Open Font License[opensource.org]

Bahnschrift is copyright? Huh... I didn't know fonts were copyright.

Bahnschrift is a copyrighted font so it can't be distributed here. If you have it in your computer, it should be simple enough to rename it and place it in an addon folder. You can unzip this same mod in your addons folder and check how I did it.
