Runner Headcrab

Description
This is the Runner Headcrab from Half-Life: Alyx. Also known as the "Lightning Dog," because there's lightning underneath it. It isn't really a Headcrab, but it does have the appearance of it, so I'm making this, it looked pretty cool. Needs PAC3 to work.

they don't share anything with headcrabs except the way they look

They are headcrabs, Valve named them that so don't trust those things from the internet.
