F-18E/F Super Hornet

Description
This F/A-18E/F is based on the design of my older F/A-18 Hornet but has built entirely from scratch, correcting many of the issues with the previous version and improving performance. Besides looking better, this Super Hornet no longer suffers the loss of control at low fuel levels that plagued the older version. In addition, it can sustain higher-g turns for longer periods of time, without sacrificing any armament. The design is more compact and slightly more expensive but offers an overall better aircraft. It is armed with five AIM-120 AMRAAMS and six AIM-9 Sidewinders, plus an ECM, flares, and chaff. It can accelerate vertically using its afterburners and has pulled a maximum of 11g's before.

This plane requires BDArmory, Airplane Plus, and TweakScale to work. All three mods are integral parts of the plane's design and it will not work without them. I recommend ReStock as well, since it makes most of the stock parts look better.

Real-World History
The F/A-18 Hornet was designed by McDonnell Douglas as a naval fighter/bomber, and it first flew in 1978. It could carry an impressive payload, and performed very well in service. It remains the mainstay of the US naval air wing, and is still a capable fighter. The F/A-18E/F Super Hornet variant was developed to provide better stealth characteristics among other performance upgrades, as well as updating avionics and other systems. The EA-18G Growler design was based on the F/A-18E/F.

Install instructions:
Some mods won't work (or will be missing parts) if you extract them to the Plugins or PluginData folders, so I recommend extracting all mods to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Kerbal Space Program\GameData directly.
