Description
My first public work with the custom parts craft, it's one of the weird see-through hidden characters from the first Street Fighter EX game!

Their moveset in this translation keeps relatively close to their moveset in source. The super they swiped from Garuda turned into Blazing Tornado because that's the closest equivalent I could think of.

Their 4 outfits are:
- LP/LK palette (primary)
- MP/MK palette (2P)
- SP/SK palette (3P)
- Street Fighter EX3 'unavailable' portrait (4P)

There's an entertaining, fan-made port of the original Street Fighter arcade game. Which includes all of the bosses as playable characters (including Ken and...Akuma!), actually responsive controls and cycloid as a bonus character to play as or face. It runs on openbor and is called Street Fighter Ultimate Collection.
