Amoo's Third Party Rebalance

Description
Simply fixes some major balance issues with various third-party mods.

Current Reballanced Mods and Units:
  • Vanilla Units+
    • Rebalanced the Omega

This is a super early release and does very little. I plan to update this mod frequently and make it quite large, but that will take time. Please be understanding. Thank you :)
